1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the inplay Platform in any manner — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the inplay Platform from time to time.

These Terms apply to all users of the inplay Platform, including registered account holders and visitors who access the Platform without registering. Your continued use of the inplay Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register for and use an inplay account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing online casino and gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of inplay, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the inplay Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by inplay or any applicable regulatory authority.

inplay reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of inplay services, you must create a registered account. Each individual may hold only one (1) inplay account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering for an inplay account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update any details that change. inplay shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your inplay login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your inplay account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify inplay immediately via our support channels.

• You must provide your real full name as it appears on a valid government-issued ID.
• You must provide a valid and active email address and mobile number registered in the Philippines.
• You must not use a false identity, alias, or another person's personal information when registering.
• You must not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to create inplay accounts.
• Account credentials must not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

inplay supports deposits and withdrawals through Philippine payment channels including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on the inplay Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

All funds deposited into your inplay account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. inplay does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Deposits are generally credited to your inplay account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of identity verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements.
• inplay does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
• inplay reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction it deems unusual or potentially fraudulent before processing.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

inplay may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to your inplay account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion and are not redeemable for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Bonuses that are not used within the specified period will expire and be forfeited.
• inplay reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if it determines that the offer is being abused or exploited.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other fraudulent means — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method unless otherwise stated.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the inplay Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game on inplay, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms. In the event of a discrepancy between the game rules and these Terms, the game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay matters.

inplay uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology and live dealer systems provided by licensed game suppliers to ensure fair and transparent outcomes. The results of all games are final once confirmed by the Platform's system. inplay shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or errors that occur during gameplay, except where such errors are directly attributable to inplay's own systems.

• Bets placed and confirmed by the inplay system are binding and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player after confirmation.
• In the event of a system error that results in an incorrect payout, inplay reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the original stake to the player's account.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing wagers. inplay is not responsible for bets lost due to connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the inplay Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of your account balance, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the inplay Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting in live casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the inplay Platform to gain an advantage. Any such bugs must be reported to inplay support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment methods, false identity documents, or unauthorized access to another player's account.
• Attempting to launder money or use the inplay Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing inplay staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the inplay Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the inplay Platform's software or security systems.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the inplay Platform — including but not limited to the inplay brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of inplay or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the inplay Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the inplay Platform without our prior written consent.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, inplay, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the inplay Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

inplay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the inplay Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your inplay account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data

inplay collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the inplay Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

inplay implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and inplay cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

11 Responsible Gaming

inplay is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players manage their gambling activity. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care to our players seriously.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their inplay account at any time via account settings.
• Session Timers: Players may set session time reminders to help manage the amount of time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the inplay Platform may request self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

inplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable game rules.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Determination that you are ineligible to use the inplay Platform under Section 2 of these Terms.
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon closure of your account for any reason other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, inplay reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.

13 Amendments to These Terms

inplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered players by posting a notice on the inplay Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the inplay Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the inplay Platform and may request the closure of your account.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the inplay Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with inplay informally by contacting our support team. inplay will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
